Actually VOLUME precedes PRICE... I think we see higher prices in $RBII and sister, as the volume has likely turned the .0005 area holders in both stocks to .001 in PAO and .0008 in $RBII...
I think most investors that are in at .0005 and are inclined to sell have done so now... and likely this MOMO will not be a one day shot, so there could be a run now in both stocks... Longer term.... we will just have to see... GLTA
