Today was my day for Patient Advocate visits via tele at my hospital...I was given a list of 7 non-COVID patients to call - to a person these patients had high praise for their nurses/docs but were afraid they would catch the coronavirus in the hospital and wanted me to help get them released today. They were tough conversations.
