As I stated previously, there will be no shareholders meeting this month. The company isn't on the NASDAQ yet, so it doesn't need to follow those rules. If it does ever get onto the NASDAQ, then they will need to follow them at that time.
Kim doesn't need anything at this time. He already got "shareholders" approval for the reverse split in the last shareholders meeting. That is what he was going for. If the reverse split expires and he still wants to do it at a future date, then he will call for another shareholders meeting later in the year.
