I've seen nobody once claim that UST Global is nothing more than the joint venture partner as legally disclosed in the LOI...so unless I'm missing posts, you're making false claims that anyone is expecting UST Global to merge into this vehicle, when every single PASOnian/PASOholic has known from Day 1 of the merger/joint venture filing that CLX Health is the merging entity here, not UST Global!
