Not only that but the evidence in this board is that we have tried to contact them consistently over many years with complete disregard on the Companies part. They better step up real quick before the peasants start grabbing the pitchforks :o). So who has been buying all this stock lately and what are those planes actually worth.
Nobody is saying it happened already. As I've always said I believe he will 100% do that after reading the filing and seeing how the company has "operated" since.
There was no update on the Note other than the extension and an ownership interest in Tristar (A Wholly Owner Subsidiary of TMPS). I suppose the transaction by Johan Claasen taking shares instead of cash is a risk but was made because he believes this company has tremendous value. There is also Stonebriars Commercial Finance LLCs interest as well for 7.1%. I think this will all get sorted. Let’s see what happens.
