Not that complex. If they care about him, they can cut him a % of the Tristar company, post split that the board signed off on.

Johan Claasen is us. That's a good point. We own exactly what he owns-- common shares in TMPS. I suppose if this is solved by a buyout, we would stand in the same position as he does and get some offer of cash per share.

But whatever this is, I think an 8-k would be owed to explain it.
