If that was the "plan" all along, I doubt they would've filed 8k's regarding the award, protests & cancellation of the award.

Never know, but why would they file if the plan was to screw everyone over, including the shareholders who sold the planes for shares?

TBH I never once thought there was a possibility of the company stealing this from the shareholders, that is some major malfeasance. But one does have to wonder why they have not filed in so long, what was the intent on that?

For all of us shareholders, we can only hope this is the wake-up call for management. Get current RTFN, say you're sorry, and hope for a small suspension. That's best case scenario.

Worst case scenario has been outlined by other posters today.
