Based on my understanding they are not a sec reporting co..so may not be required to file sec fillings . If I m not mistaken they just came out of shell status per albz post

When there is a confusion due to discrepancy, I would go by the filings. Check out page 4 by clicking on the link below it states 26 million OS as of Dec 31, 2019.

Now check the next report as of March 31, 2020. Look on page 4 there is an adjustment made to the OS and after this adjustment it reports the OS = 9.131 million.

Keep in mind this company goes by Alternative Reporting Standard, not an SEC reporting company.

We have a huge discrepancy then. How can OS go from 26 million to 9million since April?
