This is my first post on this board. The stock has not moved because investors have been burned many times by promises of great times ahead by press releases and rumors of press releases that have been written that will cause the stock price to double. I personally am a long time holder. I waited months for the certification to occur for strong sales to follow, which didn't. How long did we wait for the contract with EDS to be signed so that significant revenues would soon follow? Was that almost 6 months ago. Last December the CEO said that they would soon give guidance on future sales and earnings. Last May, management informed some investors that they believed that they would soon be listed on the Nasdaq, which implied a stock price of greater than $5. The recent press release talked about sales to four utilities for a total of about $20,000. Earlier this month, management indicated that they would need annual sales of $20 million to break even. The reason the stock is not moving is that investors need to see significant sales and contracts, not promises of potential large sales. As I said I am a long time holder and I expect that I will continue to hold my shares, but I do understand why investors are frustrated and why the recent press releases have had no positive impact on share price.
