No doubt about it. Tim Young is a Marketing guy heading up a technology company and has admitted to not knowing anything about science! He is clearly an absolutely essential piece of that group/organization. There is no way that this stock could even remotely trade like it does without the loop of crooks manipulating the whole thing.
Here is what is vicious about the whole thing. If you watch the volumes along with the prices (i.e. 1 minute for example) it is clear that as the price wants to fall, a trivial buy of a few shares (of their own from the notes) keeps the price up which lures naive investors into thinking that something is really happening and lures them to buy. Those note holders also will short shares at the higher prices so that when the price falls, they profit again! They profit both ways (up and down) all the while being the driving force of the trading action. What a racket!
