Yes you are right , except if there are reasonable possibilities we may accomplish good treatment with ..:

--HIV
--Cancers , 23 or more of them at this time , possibly more in the future ..
--COVID-19 ,....beginning , during or symptoms after the disease ..
--any other new viral/bacterial diseases, coronaviruses , or others.. in the future ,
--flu ,
--sepsis ,
--GvHD,
--NASH ,
--Altzheimer
--Parkinson,
--MS,
--stroke and more

And many , many other diseases ,,,

Other than that , you are right....
