Dilution- He's already told shareholders that they'll authorize another 100mil shares. I'd expect that's the 1st of many to come. The process goes like this: Step 1- Throw a piece of quasi positive news out there to tickle everybodies fancy. Step 2- Sell shares from the authorized #... little by little Step3- Dilute some more Step4-* Reverse Split
R/S could come before of after they begin to sell some authorized shares.
