You said record braking sales. Well still not profitable that means no cash!! So there is the part for elite not be able to affort it.
Second just words nasrat said to get the aderall 50% well following that line anyone in the elite pharmaceuticals was involved in the talks would step in and said thats not good for the company. Wouldnt you?? Or would you let another entity get the right knowing your company is getting screwed??
So ya i believe nasrat did the no le thing and in the future will see if that pays off.. on top of that NOTHING CHANGED IN ELITES SIDE OF THE DEAL!! So they are as they where.

I think it's safe to say Elite didn't have the cash to buy Adderall ER/IR. Let's be real here. Nasrat did the best thing for all parties.
