Yes the CFO said Elite could not afford to buy SunGen's interest. Elite and SunGen had a common goal to develop and market a list of drugs. . .a synergistic relationship existed. When Elite could not buyout SunGen, the assets then became available to other companies. . .possibly to an entity not so friendly or comfortable to work with. If SunGen's assets had to go somewhere I would rather it be to a friendly pharma.
How do you know Elite could not afford it? Because the ceo/cfo said they couldn’t? Hard not to see the irony in that isn’t it? My public company couldn’t afford it so my private company stepped in... oh and we won’t tell you how much the deal was so don’t think about asking that... Again stinks to high heaven...
