I don’t understand why they don’t just pay these with the cash they have on hand.

C'mon, is that a serious statement? They simply do not have the cash they say they have. The filings to OTCMarkets are pure fantasy - none of it is real, just like the fake mines, the fake gold production, and the fake pictures and bios of their advisors they had on their website.

You do realize that OTCMarkets is not a regulatory agency, right? And the filings are not verified by anybody? You could make up numbers with a random generator and put them on a napkin with a crayon......voila....there's your filing.
