For now, CVSI is going to wholly own the pharmaceutical corporation. Spin off may occur in due time, but I don't see it for at least 5-10 years.
Personally, we've been through a few spin offs, purchases, as well as consolidations. It was decision time - hold both stock? Sell on, buy the other? Lots of DD to be done at that time...
