First one to come to mind would be Uber Eats.

They've already done test deliveries of McDonalds foods.

Additionally, they have a existing courier network in place for urban areas where it will be hard to land drones at individual addresses.

Uber Eats can do anything Deuce is thinking of doing and more.

I applaud Deuce for their promotional ability, but they have no moat and little uniqueness that will contribute to profitability.

Especially when a company like Uber Eats is ahead of them, has more resources, and has an ability to deliver to addresses that Deuce doesnt.

Deuce Drone may find a niche eventually, but so far their business plan just doesnt make economic sense.
