I suspect the capacity of 10,000 gallons a day is based on an 8-hour workday for their manufacturing employees.
Workweek: Monday - Friday ... 5 days a week.
Fluid manufacturing: Closed on weekends.

I do not believe they are trying to run multiple 8-hour shifts extending into the nighttime hours (like some factories might do).

Especially if the $4 Million in sales is indicative that they are not selling anywhere near the 10,000 gallons daily capacity.

snow, machines like humans need some downtime...

Although they are capable of running 24/7 ya'll need to consider downtime for maintenance, cleaning, etc

Although I think it would be better for everyone to wait for the company to release information in regards to sales and production I believe if you are going to keep arguing numbers here it would be better to use 12 to 18 hours production time per machine and not 24 hours as some are doing.
