But you know all relevant patents and provisional patents were licensed to HAL. I gave you the link to the filed (by BIEI) Form 8K. All MARV's patents were licensed to HALB on 05/12/2020:

No they were licensed to Health Technology Inc and filed with the other company involved in the scam. If Halberd had the license they would have informed us directly and not through another company.
