When J&J were partnered this was 8 plus and they owned lion share of Imetelstat , Again there was a second license agreement that was still in place with J&J , What little i understood they [ J&J ]could license out the underlying science behind Imet in their agreement.i believe Geron has a vast patent profile for same, So I believe J&J still has a firm foot in door ! JMHO
