I added several days ago at $2.85 and thought it was a mistake when it went to$2.50 because I didnt understand why anyone would be selling but the explanation about Nomis Bay and CDEL helped me understand what they were trying to do to get the JPM consortium to take them out.
But I think the GILD/Kite connection is big and could lead to a buyout if the P3 is successful and also be considered for EULA and get approved for the strategic stockpile
