Yes, all the things you stated I already knew, but thanks for the refresher.
That does not change the fact that this is PINK SHEET. I would not consider the fall from .40 to .02 to be that shareholder friendly. I am not saying it is their fault, but the promise of this little gem did not really change from .40 to .02. Their hard numbers have actually gotten better over that period, but this is a PINK SHEET so it went down as the company got stronger. Again, it is a pink sheet so normal big board rules do not always apply.
I know that all companies dilute over time. Yes, even Fortune 1000 companies do, but most Fortune 1000 companies did not start out as pink sheets.
My understanding from Keith's email
"we WILL issue several million shares to insiders"
was that these shares were to be compensation for employees of the company because of their low salary. I understand they have to be payed, but it isn't like they are using these shares to acquire new leases, wells, etc thus adding value to the company.
You go ahead and be "not blind" and "welcome dilution" on a pink sheet. And yes, if I don't like it I can sell my shares blah blah blah. I like this company. It is the best Pink sheet I've ever seen, financially.
Remember, I never said they should not dilute. But they need to do it in a responsible manner. That was my point, if you bothered to read and understand my post.
