Well yes, not prudent to short things on their first pop coming off a bottom pattern..but all those prices I listed were cruising RSI > 90, STOs tapped out. At those levels traders like yourself are gone with profits and the hooders rush in to hold the bag.
Three rules for me with shorts (not that anyone cares)
1. Always wait for levels to hit techs as predetermined
2. Always allow for two buy ins for DCA
3. No one short at more than 8% of total port and never utilizing margin
If these are in place then one can just be confident in gravity (unless you’re shorting an Enron like TSLA)
