Fair enough. But I bet when you ran that company that you didn't put out countless public releases, none (or almost none) which were ever verified, over a number of months, right? And I bet you didn't suck a few thousand regular folks dry of their investment dollars.
No evidence of a scam... if you are very loose in your definiton of "evidence". I mean, at this point I'd rather call a duck a duck. And, if any of it is legit, then IMO they are guilty of purposely trying to make it look as if it's not (maybe securities fraud to boot?).
