If the payback in new leases is quick then issuing new shares to buy up thoses leases would help in the long term.

It may do well to consider UPDA, as ridiculous as that really is. UPDA has diluted to the tune of 12x their o/s in one year, and in that time, UPDA's market cap has grown, though not proportionately.

IMO, we should all be very happy we have finally found a company that has good ol' all American values, as well as managemnet that believes so much in their company that they own well more than 1/3 of all issued shares.

You can't ask for much more than that. Seriously.
