And I looked at the whole power-point presentation someone put a link to yesterday and at any other time, it would be shocking... This 'CEO' has no experience what-so-ever, and the numbers they put are very debatable, some of the figures they pulled from their A$$,... I have an MBA -Finance & Investments and worked on Wall St for 5 years doing M&A, Corporate Re-orgs/Re-structure etc. and the Valuation they have, its flimsy at best..This is similar to the 'White Papers' that the "Block-Chain- companies were doing 2 years ago to literally siphon off Funds for their 'Crowd-funding' by giving the gullible investors 'COINS', in their companies...the ticker 'SHLL' seems to be sort of Freudian slip, looks like a Real Shell company...
On top of that HYIllION, doesn't seem to have any 'proprietary technology' (MOAT) around the company except some 'Mileage & Performance monitoring Software' of these trucks...The Fuel Cells are from Toshiba, the Powertrain is some else's (DANA for the CNG "Engine').. So I can;t understand how they can have $3B or higher valuation...
