Yes, dilution for new deals is not the same as dilution for the sake of dilution, but it is still dilution.
Since the financials are held very close to the company, in the pinkie land we live in it will be percieved as dilution. It will still devalue the shares of stock I hold. New people coming into HMGP will do a rough calculation of Revenue or Profit over the outstanding shares and not like what they see.
Assuming everything we have been told is correct, those shares I hold are already very undervalued and anything at this point that undermines the share price is a bad thing. This is especially true as they try to bring the PPS back to where it should be.
I am not saying there is never a reason for dilution, but they need to be very careful with that word while they work to recover the PPS.
