To what extent his conservatism has had on the overall decline in the previous months, I do not know, but I believe we can expect him to loosen up a bit, going forward.

I get the feeling he has drawn the line and said, "Enough already! It's time to tighten some screws here!"

As he mentioned, he has used restricted shares for some of the leases and I'm quite sure he feels a little uncomfortable towards the landowners who have seen their shares get de-valued by the MMs.

Also, as mentioned, for future leases, he knows he has to get the pps up in order to strike half-way decent deals with new landowners.

When ya put it all together, there's just SO much goodness in this lil-ass company, 'bout near makes me pee all over meself! LOL

Compared to when I got in, months ago, all the talkin' he's been doing lately has been nothing short of incredible. (Meaning, I'm not used to him explaining so thoroughly.)
At the same time, he is still not saying anything new about how they do, and why they do, what they do, that they haven't been saying all along. The bottom line about their approach to things has been there for all the world to see. The tune hasn't changed.
Hemi is still as solid as a rock, and still following what they know is the best way with spectacular tenacity.
