So he is a self proclaimed "Program Manager", as I thought. Like like he is CEO, self proclaimed COO, self proclaimed Accountant, self proclaimed Stockholder Relations manager, garbage man, head fiction writer, and bathroom attendant.

So, really, that title means LESS than nothing, as expected.
