Totally 4,135,800 shares sold at 0.0001 after over 100M shares bought at 0.0002 ~ 0.0003!

I'm wondering if ACTL will incur another 100M or more shares be dumped at 0.0001?

Hopefully ACTL will act like its peer PUGE to bounce to 0.0002 x 0.0003!

So we need to Slap out all the current cheap asking shares at 0.0002!
