I agree ARCA was lurking around on a few of the big runners that I have seen the last month or so.

ARCA is selling not buying. I dont think that is a good thing at all. This stock is in the doldrums. I dont see it going anywhere without some impetus. Like I have said before we may see the 50 dma before we break out. I would rather see some news to get this going now.
