Yes but if Roivant has the data showing efficacy first and gets FDA approval first ...it will have first mover advantage re launching the drug.
Roivant had 56 enrolled by May 13th , HGEN dosed 1st patient on May 6 th . Roivant has already had an interim and expects to complete trial in July ( altho data not till later ) where as HGEN is projecting Sept 2020 for trial completion and data .
Compare the number of trial sites ...from brief scan it looks like Roivant has more sites up and running.
Would be interesting tho if HGEN's data was superior to Roivants
