#9445 RE: Knuckle Sandwich #9432

Thanks Knuckle. The primary outcome measure of "Incidence of invasive mechanical ventilation (IMV) and/or Mortality" timeframe is "Up to 28 days". The secondary outcome measure is "Incidence of acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) timeframe is also "Up to 28 days".

I think that means that the absolute minimum time for an interim look would be 29 days after a certain number of enrolled patients. I'm guessing it would be about 50 patients. If 50 patients were enrolled in the first 2 weeks at about 3-4 patients per day, that would take us to about May 20. 29 days later takes us to June 18. June 18 would be the completion date of 50 patients ready for an unblinding and interim look.

HEY, June 18 is today! Now, lots of variables at play here. They have to analyze the data and run the numbers against the SOC control group. The data collection will have been going on all the while, so the analysis won't be tough. I assume it could take a couple weeks before it ready for public consumption. But we might be getting hints prior to then. I'd like to see us on Nasdaq before the data is revealed.
