I'm afraid I don't quite know that terminology. I take it to mean he's playing a game with the message board? Perhaps. I think he follows boards that go up a hefty amount because they have exposure. People will go "ohhhh noooooo notttt CLLLAYAYAYAYAYAY" and Im like really? He's one person, and he's day trading multiple stocks. If you watch his videos, he's not the ****er loading the ask and accumulating cheap shares. He wasn't the reason TLSS went down from 20. Although, I'm sure he profited there.
