If you wanted to add any shares for the long haul I would do it before any more news hits.What most retail folks don't know as you see volume increase daily on any stock with a modest float or low outstanding shares,and the stock has upcoming binary events (BO,warrant price targets etc) then the float becomes smaller and the bid and ask goes wider resulting in harder amounts to be filled.
In TMDI case there is a ton on shares(well not a ton) but quite a few were under say .50 cents that we will work through as they are sold.Then the fun starts the higher we trade and the float turns over a time or two.
