I take it back. The Company has used the term "Phase 3-ready" several times in their press releases, including the one in December of 2018 that announced that "Once official meeting minutes are received from the FDA, the Company expects to release more details regarding planned Phase 3 trials of Brilacidin as a novel oral SOM treatment."

I think it's too important an issue to call it nitpicking but I was wrong on the facts. The hyphen used in IPIX's phrase, Phase 3-ready, defeated my search efforts.
