PCTL Questions on my mind:
1. They say personnel is the biggest challenge. I know Gary is set on seeing this to success for a few more years, but I'd like to know what their development philosophy is, and what they're doing to ensure that there are no gaps if Gary or someone else leaves.
2. My favorite management book is 'Everybody Matters' by Bob Chapman. ( I think everybody should read this and I'd be happy to send Gary a copy if he'd be willing to take it). I would like to know what Gary's favorite management/leadership book is.
3. PCTL hired a lot of temporary associates... Have some of those been hired because of the continuous demand? Will PCTL continue to employ a 'temp-to-hire' strategy to make sure folks are aligned with the mission and do good work before bringing them in full-time, or was this just related to the virus.
