Unfortunately, they are a Delinquent SEC Reporting pink sheet penny stock and behaving just like it

No Doubt not having the audit in hand and getting filed is frustrating. But again you can't just get the F-it's and take a half done product. Been on Audit committee, it goes where it goes, you demand full faith in the audit. It can change the course of any business, to the good, or the terrible. BS the Audit and we'll never have believers (investors) again. So meanwhile, sit on our hands and act like something other than 10 year olds.
