yeah when that happened they gradually all started to look alike. I always knew the makes and models of the '50's and early '60's but it wasn't till much later I realized how many of those cars were "muscle" cars before the term was used in advertising. My parents had a'58 Plymouth station wagon. It was the first V8 my Dad had since I was born. He bought off the lot and wanted because we had a boat. Back then he never trusted automatic transmissions so it was a stick shift but it had a four barrel carb. I found out later that same engine was in Plymouth Fury's with two four barrels. I know this I was only 10 when they got it but it was my Mom's car and she had a heavy foot. A sedan with that engine would have been pretty quick!
