I think for a technical reason that it should be challenged earlier.

No need to discuss the Waske reasoning.. it’s just too late to do it now. Too late to modify the POR.

But in my point of view and I said it before, that the claim 10-B is correct because it is a debt issued to the trust by LBHI.
