Those were amendments in advance of FDA approvals. DECN is seeking an EUA, not an FDA approval, in this "emergency" environment. Apples and oranges. Did Berman come up with this excuse?

So, how about just one example out of the over 100 EUA Covid test approvals, of another Covid test, needing an amendment?
