Hasn’t there been anti-trust concerns regarding a move like that by ISRG? Or would that argument be harder now that other robotics companies have entered the market?
Liv, you are not being rational. If MDT could own close to 1/3 of Titan at the point of FDA approval, a bidding war with ISRG is not happening. So ISRG is gonna buy a piece of MDT? Do you realize the voting power MDT will hold at that point? They've dotted their i's and crossed their t's on this.
