It's another royalty-type play, in the genre of RMBS and QCOM. They get royalties on most LASIK procedures. The economy is rebounding at the same time the price points for LASIK are reaching attractive levels - this may mean acceleration in revenues. Also, EYE is a definite takeover candidate - my guess somewhere in the 50 dollar range. Finally, the stock fell from dizzying levels very quickly, and may have interesting trading channels on the way back up.
