Thank you Spideyboy.I also surprised by this trial. Which patient can be without any medicine for 6 months, probably only the one that can’t tolerate any treatment? So Lucerastat can be used specifically for such people? Most likely IMO, it will be used in combination with ERT if at all enters the market.
