Consolidation is a thing...especially when we are anxiously waiting for 10-K and 2020 10Q's to be filed. IMO, next leg up will be coming then...shouldn't be too long of a wait. So easy does it. ;-)

yes Stagnant. while the rest of the market is moving upward. That is what I meant as stagnant.

Stagnant: showing no activity; dull and sluggish.

We wont see new buyers when other current companies are out there going in the upward movement. is stagnant for ever?? No. PCTL will have their time.
