Thanks OP. I tend to agree with you on WIN. No real compelling reason, other than as Joe Bob pointed out, a takeover candidate.

BVF, however, is worth watching to me. This is a big dog in its space, and its half off in a month. Its not a real volatile stock, and it has a strong mix of products to keep it stable. I don't think we'll see any exciting growth out of the company at any point, but if you can pick some up at a major discount, it has covered calls written all over it.

If it gets to $20, I think I'll take some. Won't bite at $25 however. Not yet anyway. Maybe I get lucky and another shoe drops.
