#9415 RE: AngelHillCorp #9208

I don't have a digital camera, but I'll see what I can do. By the way, you won't get the best deals around here by working with a broker. Your best bet would be to advertise that you'll pay cash money quick for real estate. You can't imagine the deals that will crawl out of the woodwork, just like the roaches crawling all over the property. On the last house I worked on, the next door neighbor came over and complained that roaches had been moving in on her, and I told her, "We just quit feeding them, so they went over to your house. Maybe you should quit feeding them, and they'll go somewhere else." I know of properties that the company I work for has gotten for a couple of grand in the form of mortgage foreclosures. There are maybe hundreds of fairly good houses around here, boarded up and abandoned. You just have to get dirty and fix 'em up and sell them or rent them out, usually to a welfare mom. I'm thinking of getting some equipment and going into the business of tearing them down, in exchange for the lots. You'd have to see the place to believe it. Inside the city limits is largely a wasteland, but out at the edges it's pretty nice, like the area around Rosswood.
