You don't seem to know what a Form 211 is even after I have repeatedly told you what it is.
First you state that they didn't disclose something in a 211. Then you state they don't file it for some reason. They you say they can't file it. Then you say they can't disclose to an MM.

Sljb in my opinion does not have to file a form 211. They currently trade as unsoliciated.. Not having a form 211 on file has not stopped anyone from buying and selling shares..
