I wish the same --- those strong hands come back to Slap out all the dirt cheap 0.0002 ~ 0.0003 shares so that ACTL could hit at least $1M MV or $0.00143 per share!

Anyway most recently over 300M shares Slapped at 0.0002 ~ 0.0003 v.s. over 100M shares Dumped at 0.0001 since the middle of this January!
