deja vu, been there done that,

brave souls with the best of intentions travelled far and long to meet with these people in an effort to try to straighten things out, it failed,

then again good people here organized a private conference call in a repeated effort to try to peacefully get things straight, it failed,

our current CEO issued a statement that more clarifying statements will be issued last week, we all waited, it failed to happen,

now you suggest that we wait some more, OK, I am in, I will wait another week and then at the end of next week when we are still all sitting here with nothing but false hope, then I will ask you to tell us where we should go next, Fair?

Good post Fish, lawsuits aren't going to help until its clear there's criminal or civil intent to defraud. If these guys don't answer some questions soon, then I for one will support a lawsuit. There are some pretty simple questions that need to be answered. I am willing to wait for one more week, although the longer I wait the more guilty they look.

These missed promises need to stop and someone needs to start answering questions. The terms "Trustee's" for one, although Petar says "he" owns no shares, he could have a trust that owns shares?

I hate parsing of words and omissions, it makes someone look very guilty, hope this is just stupidity. Sad situation when I want stupidity instead of lying?

Fish, thank you for relaying my message in a truthful and accurate manner. I am upset and stressed beyond belief. I guess I woke up on the wrong side of the bed today. However, I have had some time to rethink everything and have come to the conclusion that a little more time is indeed needed to let the company give us accurate answers that we need.

I will agree that next week is a critical week for SLJB and it must be the week we get our much needed answers or the company will only face more pressure from it's shareholders. I am going to remain confident that we will hear something from the company soon. Until then, all we can do is wait and hope that things do straighten out for us. Sorry for losing it earlier.

FYI, I have not sold a single share because I still think we will go up more from the levels we are at now, with the right news from the company.

The company owes us a lot for what they have put us through and I will make sure they know it!

FFB, my opinion is I think Airys and Hog and yourself are doing a great job, yes it is hard times for all. I think if the lawyers had those 3 pr's last week to look over, we will see them next week. IMHO we will bounce back. Good luck to all.

Good post FFB, this is were we should be focussing as a group: I want to find out who besides the current shareholders, meaning you and me. Who else benefits from the PPS of SLJB going up in Price.. Who really controls this company? What is the Share Structure? Who are these sold called Trustees? Can we legally get this information?

Can anyone answer this question: for tax purposes only, would the company bennefit by having the PPS remain low until after Jan 1?

Good Rational! Besides, how many of us here really believe that Steve, Petar, SLJB & their legal council really want to screw all the shareholders by taking our money & running?

Makes no sense, especially after the raid on the share price on Nov. 16th where it was dropped from .09 to .01 within mins.

They are currently doing damage control to the best of their ability, without knowing (I'm sure) who exactly did the raid on the share price, and fu*king this stock up for everybody!

Anyone who honestly believes that SLJB got the money from that raid, doesn't understand much about the Market!

This slight delay in this PR, shouldn't ruin anyone's weekend. It'll come next week, so enjoy your weekend!

I think it's overaggresive, zealous motions without keeping our feet to the ground such as promising roses but giving her Arpache. I feel patience will be rewarded but you and I and the employees of SLJB only have such a limit, so we all better get some quick because when the news does hit, I ain't gonna be no sleepin vestal virgin. Keep your eye on the straight and narrow and avoid loud and obnoxious persons for they are a vexation to your spirit.

FFB, forget the shareholder lawsuit. You'll only recoup pennies on that. (see my previous post). I'm willing to write off the little money that I have left in this stock. I want to see criminal charges brought against Petar. His lies were so bold and blatant that I'm certain that he would be convicted of fraud.

What an understatement this is. I haven't been following all the posts so I don't know what this "shareholder lawsuit" is all about ... however, I would strongly suggest that any group of people who are proposing a lawsuit against the company would do so in the interest of harming other shareholders more so than anything else. They would do so in the interest of driving down share price and putting the company out of business. No shareholder in his/her right mind would suggest such a thing as it would be self-defeating. From this I can only conclude that out of the so-called "longs" there are enemies among us.
